How to Start a Live Stream

Go to the Live Streams page (satellite icon in sidebar)
Click Go Live
Enter a stream title - something catchy that tells people what you're streaming
Configure your camera and microphone in Stream Settings
Choose your video quality (480p, 720p, 1080p, or 1440p)
Click Start Streaming

Desktop vs Mobile Streaming

Desktop

Best for longer, higher-quality streams. You get access to screen sharing, multiple quality options, and a larger preview of your camera. Perfect for tutorials, gaming, and professional content.

Mobile

Best for on-the-go streams. The mobile experience is optimized for portrait video with the camera taking up the full screen. Great for IRL streams, quick updates, and casual content.

Tips for Great Live Streams

Good lighting - Face a window or use a ring light
Stable internet - WiFi is better than cellular for streaming
Engage constantly - Read and respond to comments
Have a plan - Know what you want to talk about or show
Promote ahead of time - Post that you're going live 30 minutes before
Stream regularly - Build a schedule so followers know when to tune in

After Your Stream

When you end your stream, the recording is automatically processed and added to your profile under Live Streams. Your followers can watch the replay anytime. The recording includes all comments and reactions from the original broadcast.
