I'm not sure why I started smoking again after quitting for almost a year but I've been been back at it again for over 6 months now and it's such a horrible habit. 🚭
Every time I buy a pack of smokes I say to myself "this will be my last one" and yet I always buy another one when that pack is gone.
Today is going to be different!
Smoked my last cigarette last night and I'm making a decision not to buy another pack today.
That's right! I'm going cold turkey! That's the way I've done it before and the way that seems to be work best for me. No dragging this on by cutting down on smoking or using a patch or anything like that.
So if you see me around town today and I seem a little bit on edge, now you know the reason why! Lol!
