So one of my fav artists going back to my teenage years, is playing in Chicago. The only other dates are in NY and CA and the rest of the tour is in Europe. I joked to my GF that I was gonna fly up there (I live in FL). She didn’t even blink an eye- “you should!” Turned out the flights were stupid cheap, and there was a single ticket in the 2nd row that was still available. I’ve seen her once before back in 2010 in NY (I lived in CT back then), but if you’d told teenage me that I’d be seeing her 40 years later… 🤯
