As this Sunday comes to a close, don’t be too quick to judge the day by what you accomplished.
Instead, ask yourself:
Did I notice something beautiful?
Did I offer kindness?
Did I become just a little more awake?
If the answer to even one of those is yes…
Then today was time well spent.
