Good Saturday morning! A new week, and a new thought to carry around for a while: Enough. Funny word. We spend a good portion of our lives trying to get more. More money. More success. More recognition. More security. More things. More time. But somewhere along the way, I wonder if we ever stop long enough to ask: How much is enough? And perhaps the more interesting question: Who taught us the answer? There is nothing wrong with wanting to grow, build, achieve, or improve. I hope I never lose that hunger entirely. But there is a difference between wanting more because we are curious about what lies beyond the horizon… …and needing more because we have somehow convinced ourselves that what we already have can never be enough. Maybe enough isn’t a number. Maybe it’s the moment we can look around at what is already in our hands and say: This is sufficient for this moment. We can still sail tomorrow. For this morning, though… The coffee is hot. The boat is floating. And that might just be enough. Fair winds, my friends. ☕⛵ #Enough, #EnoughIsEnough, #Contentment, #Gratitude, #SimpleLiving, #Perspective, #MindfulLiving, #LifeAtSea, #SailingLife, #SaturdayMorning, #FairWinds
