If you’re in charge, if you’re out front, you don’t have the right to have a bad day.
Doesn’t matter if you’re leading three folks pushing mops or running a mega-corporation. When people are looking to you for direction, your bad day can’t become their bad day.
That’s part of the price of being out front.
