We had quite a thunderstorm roll through last night, and judging by the sky this morning, it may not be finished with us yet.
The howler monkeys have been particularly vocal since before daylight.
I have no idea what they’re saying, of course, but from the seriousness of the discussion I assume they’re either debating the weather…
or assigning blame for it. 😊
Either way, the kettle is on, the harbor is waking up, and there’s something rather nice about listening to the jungle conduct its morning business.
The thunder can grumble.
