Well that was awesome!
Paddle boarding around our anchorage and a mother dolphin and her calf showed up, I was alerted to them by a large needlefish running across the water on his tail which was pretty cool in and of its self! But ya, mother and calf, just swimming around us doing their thing, there were moments we were within 10’ of them, made eye contact with momma and in that single look she very clearly portrayed to me that we were friends and she probably wanted scratches and snuggles… so ya it was a pretty cool morning
