Good morning.
I’ve been quiet for a while.
Not for any particular reason.
Life has simply been happening, and I suppose I was busy paying attention to it. 😊
This morning I woke before daylight, put the kettle on, and carried my tea out to the cockpit.
The harbor is still mostly dark.
A few anchor lights are scattered across the water, and somewhere ashore something has been making the same three-note call for the last ten minutes.
I have no idea what it is.
Apparently it has no idea what time it is.
We seem to have that in common.
So I’m sitting here listening.
No great thoughts this morning.
Nothing I’ve figured out that everyone else needs to know.
Just a woman, a cup of tea, and another day beginning.
That seems like plenty.
Good morning, my friends. 💛
