Good Sunday morning, my friends.
“Walk with purpose.”
It is one of those phrases we’ve heard so often that we may no longer stop to consider what it means.
Some people hear it and think: Move faster. Look confident. Never hesitate.
But purpose is not speed.
A person can hurry all day without moving any closer to what matters. Another can take slow, deliberate steps and cover more meaningful ground.
Walking with purpose means knowing what deserves your time—and what does not. It means making choices that point in the same direction as the person you are trying to become.
Sometimes purpose looks like determined action.
Sometimes it means waiting until you understand the situation.
Sometimes it means changing course because the destination no longer belongs to you.
And sometimes it means sitting quietly long enough to remember why you started walking in the first place.
Purpose does not require certainty. We rarely see the entire road from where we stand. It asks only that the next step be taken consciously rather than by habit, pressure, or fear.
So, as this new week begins, ask yourself:
Where am I going?
Why does it matter?
And does the way I’m walking match the life I say I want?
You don’t have to hurry.
Just walk with purpose.
