The schema (posts_funding + posts_funding_donors + funding_payments) was wired in the old PHP stack but the feature flag has been at 0 since the migration. Plan is to re-enable with a proper donation API, deadline support, and an explicit creator-payout path — not a re-use of /api/payment. More to come.
