My baby son (21 yrs old) told me an hour ago « I decided to do a 21 days diet to loose 12 pounds overweight » so I replied « nice, son. So I follow you and stop drinking until you stop your diet ». He asked me why Indo this and I told him that if he can do something difficult I can encourage him by doing something difficult too.
Stop drinking isn’t that hard to do, but as any other habits like one banana a day or 2 morning’s coffee, habits are sometimes difficult to abandon.
