Today is an important day for me, as it marks the birth of my third child 23 years ago. Born prematurely at 31 weeks, weighing 3 pounds and barely breathing, the doctors prepared us for the worst and the night would determine whether or not we would have a baby when we woke up. Today he is a beautiful, talented healthy boy.
