I went to a party with some friends last night. My best mate’s dad is a lovely bloke and we enjoy chatting. He asked me ‘How are you?’ three times, and each time I replied with a slightly more detailed answer. I thought he was being very attentive towards me and I was flattered. Until I realised he’s 92 and he was forgetting my answer every time, and that it wasn’t attentiveness, it was forgetfulness 😳😅
