In Kendo, we always said "be the eye of the storm"... Lately I'm, struggling with that. I have not been detaching myself from things and staying centered. My mind is restless. When this happens (and it frequently does being adhd af) I always return to the basics before I try to do too much analysis or reflection.

My goal for every day next week!

Wake up at 0600
Glass of water
Light Workout before breakfast

Toast and Egg w/ bacon

6oz Orange Juice
or...
8oz Smoothie (frzn banana & berry mix, Superfood powder, Matcha green tea, Astragalus root pwdr, 1oz Pomegranate juice, Coconut Milk)
or....
6oz of Coconut Milk

Read and relax with no tech for 30 minutes
End my day with Stretching, Meditation, and some hot tea.

Post an update here every day to make myself accountable!
