Click the three-dot menu (...) on any post, comment, or profile and select 'Report'. Choose the appropriate reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate content, etc.) and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly. You can also block users directly from the same menu.

What size should my profile banner or group cover be?

Use 2400 x 800 pixels (a 3:1 ratio). 1500 x 500 works too — same shape, smaller file, and it's the size most banner templates already come in. When you upload, CrypTok opens a cropper preset to 3:1 so you can drag and zoom to frame it exactly. Keep logos and text near the middle: the banner is shorter on phones than on desktop, so the top and bottom edges get trimmed on smaller screens. If it sits slightly off you don't need to re-upload — use the Reposition control on your banner (it appears when you hover on desktop, and is always visible on mobile) to slide the image up or down. Group covers use the same 3:1 size and the same cropper, so one image works for both. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP; the cropper saves your crop as a JPG, so an animated GIF will become a still image. Max file size is 25MB.

What size should my profile photo be?

Use 512 x 512 pixels (a perfect square). Anything from 400 x 400 upward stays sharp; below that it can look soft on high-resolution phone screens. The cropper locks to a circle so you can see exactly how it will appear, and your photo is shown as a circle everywhere on CrypTok — so keep faces and logos centred and don't put anything important in the corners, as the circular mask clips them. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP; the cropper saves your crop as a JPG. Max file size is 25MB.

What are CrypTok points?

Points are CrypTok's in-platform balance. They are fixed at 10,000 points to $1.00, so one point is worth $0.0001, and that rate does not move with the token price. You have one points balance on your account, and any dollar figure the site shows you is calculated from it at that rate rather than held as a second currency. Points can be spent on gifts, tips, boosts, memberships, paid messages and paid calls, or cashed out for real money once you reach the minimum.

How do I earn points?

There are four routes. Activity awards land automatically as you use the site: 1 point for creating a post, and 0.01 points for a comment, a reaction, a new follower, or the first time a signed-in member views one of your posts. Referrals pay the most, and a friend who joins with your link earns up to 375 points across five steps while you earn 250 points when they verify their email and another 250 when they pass identity verification, so up to 500 points per friend. Money other people send you also arrives as points, and gifts and wallet tips reach you in full with no platform cut. If you sell subscriptions, paid messages or paid calls, you keep 80% and CrypTok keeps 20%.

Is there a limit on how many points I can earn?

Yes. Activity awards are capped at 1,000 points a day on a standard account and 5,000 points a day with an active subscription, measured over a rolling 24 hours rather than resetting at midnight. That daily allowance counts every points credit logged in the same window, including referral bounties and points you buy, so a large credit can use up the room left for activity awards that day. The caps sit far above what the per-action rates actually pay, since a reaction is worth 0.01 points, so treat activity awards as a small bonus rather than an income.

Open the Store or your Wallet page, type any dollar amount between $5 and $500, and choose a payment method. Card and PayPal carry a 10% onboarding fee, so $1 credits 9,000 points and $100 credits 900,000 points. Paying with $CRYPTOK carries no onboarding fee, so $1 credits the full 10,000 points and $100 credits 1,000,000 points. The point total is always calculated on our servers from the dollar amount, so the rate cannot be altered from your browser, and there are no fixed packs or bonus tiers.

How do I cash out points for real money?

Submit a cash-out request from your Wallet page on one of two rails: PayPal, or $CRYPTOK sent to the Solana wallet you have already linked and verified on your account. The minimum is $10.00, which is 100,000 points, and the most you can request at once is $10,000, which is 100,000,000 points. PayPal cash-outs carry a 10% fee and $CRYPTOK cash-outs carry 3%, so 100,000 points returns $9.00 to PayPal or $9.70 in $CRYPTOK. The points leave your balance when you submit the request, and you can only have one request open at a time. There is no bank transfer, card or ACH payout option.

How long does a cash-out take?

Every request is reviewed by a person before anything is paid, so no payout is instant or automatic. Requests are usually processed within a few hours, and can take up to 7 business days when volume is high. If a request is declined you get the full gross amount back in your balance, the fee included, and you are told the reason by email and in the app.

Fees are charged only where money crosses into or out of the platform. Buying with card or PayPal costs 10%, buying with $CRYPTOK costs nothing, cashing out to PayPal costs 10%, and cashing out to $CRYPTOK costs 3%. That makes the token the cheaper rail in both directions: buying with a card and cashing out to PayPal loses about 19% over the round trip, while going in and out through $CRYPTOK costs about 3%. Note that $CRYPTOK purchases also include a small on-chain slippage allowance of roughly 2% that is not returned, so the token rail is very cheap rather than literally free. Moving points inside CrypTok is free, so gifts, wallet tips and person-to-person transfers all reach the other side in full. The exceptions are creator services, where CrypTok keeps 20% of subscriptions, paid messages and paid calls, and fundraising payouts, which take a 10% commission on donations made with points or cards but not on $CRYPTOK donations sent on-chain.

Are there any points I cannot cash out?

Yes. If points are bought through the Apple App Store, Apple does not permit App Store purchases to be cashed out, so those points can be spent on CrypTok for tips, gifts, boosts, memberships and paid messages but can never be withdrawn or transferred to another member. That restriction is permanent rather than a waiting period, and it only shrinks as you spend, so the amount you can withdraw is your balance minus whatever is still locked. Points bought on the web with card, PayPal or $CRYPTOK carry no such restriction. Points spent on a boost are gone for good, because boosts are not refundable.

Are airdrop points the same as the points in my balance?

Airdrop campaigns give you a campaign score, also labelled points, which ranks you against other entrants so a prize pool can be divided when the campaign ends. That score is not a balance: it cannot be spent, gifted or cashed out, and it never touches the points in your wallet. Your spendable points are the ones fixed at 10,000 to $1.00.
