Social media generates hundreds of billions of dollars in revenue annually, yet the creators who drive engagement receive a fraction of that value. Platforms profit from user-generated content while creators struggle to monetize their work, forfeit privacy in exchange for reach, and surrender control of their audiences to algorithmic gatekeepers.
CrypTok exists to fix this. By integrating the $CRYPTOK token on Solana with a full-featured social platform, we enable frictionless, zero-fee peer-to-peer tipping. Every token sent from fan to creator arrives in full — no middlemen, no platform cuts, no delays.
Our mission is to build the platform where creators earn what they deserve, communities thrive around shared interests, and blockchain technology enhances rather than complicates the social experience.
2. Platform Overview

3. $CRYPTOK Tokenomics
Tax Structure
The $CRYPTOK token has a carefully designed tax structure that incentivizes long-term holding while keeping peer-to-peer transactions completely free:
The 0% transfer tax is the killer feature. Every tip sent on CrypTok arrives in full. No platform fee, no gas middleman, no hidden cuts. This is what makes $CRYPTOK the ideal social token — the full amount goes directly from fan to creator.
Reflection Rewards
Holders with 10M+ $CRYPTOK tokens automatically receive SOL reflections from the 3% buy/sell tax. Reflections are distributed proportionally based on holdings — the more you hold, the more you earn. No staking required, no lock-up periods, no application process.

4. Technology Stack
CrypTok is built on a modern, scalable technology stack engineered for performance, security, and real-time communication:
Frontend
Next.js 16 with React 19 Server Components, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Server-side rendering for every public page, with crawler-visible content blocks for full SEO coverage. Comprehensive sitemap and JSON-LD structured data.
Backend
Node.js 22 LTS under PM2 cluster mode with zero-downtime reloads, plus a dedicated streamer process for the live swap + hot-ticker + mint-watcher loops. MariaDB 10.6 with GTID replication. Redis 7 for sessions, rate limiting, and ephemeral state. Socket.IO for real-time communication. Comprehensive REST API covering social, DeFi, payments, admin, and developer surfaces.
Blockchain
Solana via a dedicated + public RPC pool as the primary chain. EVM support for Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, BNB Chain, and Avalanche via Alchemy. 18+ wallet adapters with signature verification, Phantom deep-link Universal Links + Android App Links, and Jupiter for in-app token swaps.
Real-Time Communication
Agora WebRTC SDK NG for voice and video calls, group calls up to 12 participants, and live streaming. Socket.IO for instant messaging, notifications, typing indicators, and live feed updates. iOS CallKit + APNs VoIP push for native ring UI on backgrounded devices. OneSignal for cross-platform push notifications with smart digest collapse.
Mobile
Native iOS app (Swift/SwiftUI, App Store) with WKWebView, CallKit integration, and PushKit VoIP push. Native Android app (Java, Google Play) with App Links autoVerification, intent-based wallet routing, and OneSignal background handling. Both apps intercept OAuth provider URLs to system browsers to comply with provider security policies.
Infrastructure & Resilience
Multi-region replicated production infrastructure with automated failover — primary and hot-standby live in geographically separate regions on different power grids and different upstream networks. Real-time MariaDB GTID replication tunneled over SSH (zero-second lag), inotify-driven file sync (~30s lag for uploads, mail, and DirectAdmin user config), weekly admin-backup snapshot rotation. Cloudflare-fronted HTTPS with Full mode SSL, Apache reverse proxy with WebSocket upgrade, Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewed by DirectAdmin. Cloudflare R2 + CDN for media storage (cdn.cryptok.me). Automated DNS failover via Cloudflare API driven by a one-minute health-check watchdog; monthly automated shadow smoke-tests confirm the standby remains failover-ready. Telegram alerts the team on any anomaly.
Security
HTTPS-only with HSTS. Strict-equality CSRF origin matching. Parameterized SQL across all admin paths. Stripe webhook signature verification. HttpOnly + Secure cookies. Rate limiting on auth-sensitive endpoints. Bcrypt password hashing with single-use, time-bound reset tokens. Sensitive uploads (government ID, KYC) stored in a private R2 bucket and served exclusively through an auth-gated reader that issues short-lived presigned URLs — never publicly addressable. AES-256-GCM at-rest encryption for 2FA secrets. Strict admin / moderator role separation: moderators cannot access financial endpoints. Ongoing security audits and dependency monitoring.
Payments & Email
Stripe and PayPal for fiat top-ups and creator payouts. On-chain $CRYPTOK payments for crypto purchases, verified server-side against the mint. ZeptoMail for transactional and verification email with branded templates.
5. Revenue Model
CrypTok generates revenue through multiple sustainable channels while keeping the core platform free for users:
Token Tax Revenue
3% dev wallet allocation from all DEX buy/sell transactions funds ongoing development, infrastructure, and operations.
Pro Subscriptions
Premium features including enhanced profiles, deeper analytics, priority support, and exclusive badges.
Boosted Posts & Advertising
User-purchased post boosts and non-intrusive sponsored content from verified advertisers, billed in either points or $CRYPTOK.
Marketplace & Digital Goods
Sticker packs, premium-only effects, and a future NFT marketplace with platform-share transaction fees. Virtual gifts themselves are zero-fee peer-to-peer — the platform earns at the points buy/withdrawal boundaries, not on every internal hop.
Creator Subscriptions
Platform share from creator-offered paid subscriptions, premium content, and live-stream paywalls.
Boundary Fees on the Points Economy
Onboarding is 10% on card and PayPal (10,000 pts = $1.1111 effective) and 0% on $CRYPTOK. Offboarding is 10% to PayPal and 3% to $CRYPTOK, with a $10.00 minimum (100,000 points). The token is deliberately the cheaper rail in both directions, which routes volume through $CRYPTOK rather than through card processors while still pricing the round trip. Internal transfers (gifts, tips, points-to-points) carry zero fee — boundary-only taxation, never triple-dipping.
6. The Points Economy
Points are the unit every paid action on CrypTok settles in. The economy is deliberately simple: one balance, one fixed rate, and fees charged only where money enters or leaves the platform.
The Unit
Points are fixed at 10,000 points to $1.00 USD, so one point is $0.0001. Balances are stored to two decimal places, which makes fractional points real rather than notional — most engagement awards pay 0.01 points. A single column on the user record holds the balance, and the wallet balance is an alias of that same figure rather than a second currency, so there is no internal exchange rate to arbitrage. Every dollar amount the platform displays is derived from the balance at read time and never stored, and the 10,000:1 rate is a code constant rather than an operator-editable setting.
The Earn Side
Points enter a balance through four channels. Activity awards fire automatically at 1 point for a post and 0.01 points for a comment, a reaction, a new follower, or the first view of a post by a distinct signed-in member, with repeat views, self-actions and anonymous traffic excluded. Activity earning is capped over a rolling 24-hour window at 1,000 points for a standard account and 5,000 for a subscriber, which keeps organic activity earning deliberately negligible in dollar terms. The milestone referral ladder pays an invited member up to 375 points across five steps and pays the referrer up to 500 points per fully converted friend. The remainder is transferred value: gifts and wallet tips credit the recipient the full amount with no platform cut; creator subscriptions, paid direct messages and paid calls credit 80% to the creator; and fundraising payouts credit the campaign owner the raised total net of a 10% commission on donations settled through the money rails, with on-chain $CRYPTOK donations exempt. There is no ad revenue share, no creator fund, no login streak and no affiliate program.
The Buy Side
Points are sold in a free-form amount between $5 and $500 per order, with the point total always derived server-side from the dollar figure so the rate cannot be set by the client. The onboarding fee is gateway-aware: 10% on card and PayPal, which credits 9,000 points per dollar and an effective $1.1111 per 10,000 points, and 0% on $CRYPTOK, which credits the full 10,000 points per dollar. The asymmetry is deliberate and routes purchase volume through the token rather than through card processors. The $CRYPTOK rail settles on-chain, requires the sending wallet to be verified against the account beforehand, and is re-verified server-side against the mint and the platform wallet; a payment worth at least 95% of the expected dollar value credits automatically, and anything short of that is held for review rather than discarded. Token purchases include a small on-chain slippage allowance of roughly 2% that is not returned, so the token rail is very cheap rather than literally free. Where a purchase completes through the Apple App Store, the points credit the same balance but are tracked separately as non-withdrawable, enforced at the database layer on every offboard path.
The Withdraw Side
Cash-out runs on exactly two rails: PayPal, and $CRYPTOK sent to the member's own verified Solana wallet. There is no bank, card or ACH payout path. PayPal cash-outs carry a 10% fee and $CRYPTOK cash-outs carry 3%, the minimum is $10.00 gross (100,000 points), the ceiling is $10,000 gross per request, and a member may hold only one open request at a time. Points are debited gross at request time and the fee is booked as revenue immediately, but nothing is paid until a human administrator with two-factor authentication approves it; on-chain payouts are signed by an operator rather than by a key held on the server, and are verified against the mint, the platform wallet and the exact destination address, failing closed if the price oracle is unavailable. A declined or cancelled request returns the full gross amount to the balance and reverses the fee in the ledger.
Boundary-Fee Philosophy
CrypTok taxes the boundary, not the hop. Value moving inside the platform settles at par: gifts, wallet tips and person-to-person points transfers credit the recipient the exact figure the sender was debited, with no commission and no rounding loss. Revenue is taken where points are created from money and where they are converted back into money, which makes a card-in, PayPal-out round trip cost roughly 19% while the same trip through $CRYPTOK costs about 3% and an unlimited number of internal transfers cost nothing. Pricing the token rail cheaply in both directions is what makes $CRYPTOK the preferred way in and out; pricing it above zero is what keeps the round trip from becoming a free hedge against the token. The 20% platform share on creator subscriptions, paid direct messages and paid calls is a service commission on a monetized product rather than a boundary fee, and is the only percentage taken from a flow between two members. Points carry no yield, no governance right and no claim on the treasury; they are a prepaid balance denominated in dollars.
