Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrypTok ("the Platform"), operated by CrypTok LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CrypTok. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately via support. CrypTok is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access.

4. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following:

Posting spam, scams, phishing attempts, or misleading content
Harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, or doxxing
Posting illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material without authorization
Impersonation of other users, public figures, or entities
Manipulation of platform metrics (fake likes, follows, views, or engagement farming)
Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform without authorization
Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or platform mechanics for unintended gain
Circumventing bans, suspensions, or restrictions via alternate accounts
Promoting illegal financial schemes, pump-and-dump operations, or rug pulls

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

5. $CRYPTOK Token & Tipping

CrypTok facilitates peer-to-peer tipping using the $CRYPTOK token on the Solana blockchain. Tips are on-chain transactions that are publicly visible and irreversible. CrypTok charges 0% on peer-to-peer transfers. The 6% buy/sell tax applies only to decentralized exchange (DEX) trades.

CrypTok is not a financial advisor, broker, or custodian. Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. You acknowledge that you tip, trade, and hold tokens at your own risk. Only transact with amounts you can afford to lose.

CrypTok does not have access to your private keys or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for the security of your connected wallet.

6. Points, Rewards & Payouts

CrypTok may offer points, rewards, incentives, or promotional payouts to users from time to time. By participating in any rewards program, you agree to the following:

All payouts are subject to review by the CrypTok team. We verify the legitimacy of all reward claims before processing.
Any activity found to be invalid, fraudulent, or constituting cheating will result in immediate disqualification from the rewards program, forfeiture of accrued points/rewards, and potential account suspension.
CrypTok reserves the right to deny any payout at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to cases of suspicious activity, manipulation, multiple accounts, or violation of any Platform rules.
Points and rewards values are subject to change at any time without prior notice. CrypTok may modify, suspend, or discontinue any rewards program at any time.
Fraudulent activities include but are not limited to: creating fake accounts, using bots or automated tools to earn points, colluding with other users to artificially inflate rewards, and exploiting program mechanics.

7. Financial Transactions

CrypTok integrates with third-party payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce for subscription and premium feature purchases. All financial transactions are subject to the respective processor's terms of service. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's payment terms; refund requests for those purchases are handled through Apple.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds for partial billing periods are not guaranteed. For refund inquiries, contact support.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of original content you post on CrypTok. By posting, you grant CrypTok LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, reproduce, and promote your content on and through the Platform.

CrypTok, the CrypTok logo, and associated branding are trademarks of CrypTok LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

CrypTok integrates with third-party services including Solana blockchain, wallet providers, DexScreener, Jupiter, and others. These integrations are provided "as is," and CrypTok is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

CrypTok LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, tokens, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrypTok LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

12. Termination & Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination by CrypTok, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Deactivation: You may temporarily deactivate your account at any time through Settings > Account Management. Your profile will be hidden but all data is preserved. You may reactivate at any time by logging back in.

Deletion: You may request permanent account deletion through Settings > Account Management or at cryptok.me/delete-account. Upon requesting deletion, your account enters a 30-day recovery period. During this period you may cancel the deletion by logging back in. After 30 days, your personal data is permanently removed. Financial transaction records are retained in anonymized form as required by applicable law. Any $CRYPTOK tokens, points, or virtual currency balances remaining at the time of deletion are forfeited and non-refundable.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
