    ……and then we are off to play Texas Holdem at JJs. A cute little place on the water. Enjoying friends, drinks and a view ta boot!
    Only 3 more poker games for us at this location, before we take off on SV Vitesse to open waters.

  • In Kendo, we always said "be the eye of the storm"... Lately I'm, struggling with that. I have not been detaching myself from things and staying centered. My mind is restless. When this happens (and it frequently does being adhd af) I always return to the basics before I try to do too much analysis or reflection.

    GIGO? - let's check our inputs first...

    My goal for every day next week!

    Wake up at 0600
    Glass of water
    Light Workout before breakfast

    Toast and Egg w/ bacon

    6oz Orange Juice
    or...
    8oz Smoothie (frzn banana & berry mix, Superfood powder, Matcha green tea, Astragalus root pwdr, 1oz Pomegranate juice, Coconut Milk)
    or....
    6oz of Coconut Milk

    Read and relax with no tech for 30 minutes
    End my day with Stretching, Meditation, and some hot tea.

    Post an update here every day to make myself accountable!

    Meditation. Stretch.
    In the morning no phone, just focus on feeling good. 60 seconds minimum.

    First 30 minutes of waking:
    While in bed. Mindfulness.
    Stretch legs, and arms, twist torso, then rise.

    Lemon water before coffee or tea.
    Step into the sun or bright light shortly after waking for 2 minutes and deep breathe.

    These things will change your life and help your circadian rhythm.
