When this happens (and it frequently does being adhd af) I always return to the basics before I try to do too much analysis or reflection.

Light Workout before breakfast

Toast and Egg w/ bacon

6oz Orange Juice
or...
8oz Smoothie (frzn banana & berry mix, Superfood powder, Matcha green tea, Astragalus root pwdr, 1oz Pomegranate juice, Coconut Milk)
or....
6oz of Coconut Milk

Read and relax with no tech for 30 minutes
End my day with Stretching, Meditation, and some hot tea.
